With summer in full swing, I found myself
finding little nooks in the garden in need of a vegetable or an herb or two. I had always heard that seeds from vegetables needed to be dried before they could be planted but found that is only true if they are to be saved for next year. I've already got butternut squash sprouting from my last batch of butternut soup!
